Jai:

Thai word that means heart, mind, and when combined with other words is used to convey all different manners of feelings, state of mind, attitudes.

Why Jai Joy?

We want to use this space to share with you our experiences in discovering, encountering a variety of, as well as the way to, pure jai joy!

We loved the concept and the way how in Thai language, by combining jai with another word, the meaning changes and represents the diversity of feelings, state of mind, personalities and attitudes in life, always linking it to the heart.

We are meeting on our way people and initiatives that are  jai-dee (kind and generous heart), show us how to live the jai yen (keep it calm and relaxed) and spread the nam jai (lit. water from the heart – kindness). We want to share with you all those touching moments (gin jai – lit.eating the heart) and portrait the determined and courageous (jai petch) people we will meet on our way, to learn from them and to apply in our daily lives.

It is also to share with you our reflections on and proper experience in learning and understanding on sabai jai (happy, worry-less heart) way of life, by observing what surrounds and is within us. Stay tuned!
